JonesZylon offers heated, refrigerated, dual-temperature, and insulated ambient carts. We typically recommend active heating or refrigeration for superior retention; our Mission Ready removable heaters allow you to heat as needed or transport ambiently by simply installing the back wall. If a heater fails, it can be snapped out and replaced immediately to prevent downtime.

Yes. Dual-temperature carts feature independent compartments configured with heated, ambient, or refrigerated zones. This allows for delivering hot entrees alongside cold items like salads or beverages in one trip, available for both individual meal and bulk food transport.

ServeSmart carts hold between 54 and 190 locking SmartTrays. When using stacked segregation trays, capacity increases up to 360 meals. Bulk transport carts are also available for moving food from central kitchens.

MaxFlex uses a proprietary polymer blend that provides superior flexibility and shatter resistance. This design significantly reduces the risk of items being fashioned into weapons while standing up to commercial dishwasher cycles, resulting in a safer environment and lower long-term replacement costs.

Yes. All dinnerware, including the MaxFlex line, is designed for repeated commercial dishwasher cycles without degradation. They are microwave-safe and can withstand temperatures from -40°F to 225°F.
