JonesZylon allows customers to return undamaged products for up to 30 days. However, there is a 20% restocking fee for any return after it is shipped out of our facility. Should you need to cancel an order please notify us immediately to avoid the restocking fee.
JonesZylon offers free shipping on all orders in the contiguous United States. Most dinnerware orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours of the order.
